This page is maintained by the makers of My Body Coach to answer common privacy questions plainly.
When you create an account we store your email and a profile you fill in (name, age, height, weight, goal, rhythm, dietary preferences). As you use the app we store the plans and reflections you create. Nothing more.
To power your coaching experience — building your daily plan, adapting it when things change, generating your reflections and monthly journey. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
To generate coaching text we send the minimum context needed (your profile, today's plan, recent reflections) to our AI provider. The provider processes it to produce the response and does not use it to train their models on your behalf.
At any time you can download your data or delete your account from About You. Deletion removes your profile, plans, reflections, and journey permanently.
Data is stored on our managed backend with row-level security scoped to your account. Only you can read your own records.
